VeGone Portfolio Challenge

VeGone, a fast-growing vegan restaurant chain, needed to equip its new staff with the knowledge to confidently answer customer questions about their menu.

Challenge: ensuring the staff could navigate the menu quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Solution: I designed a mobile learning solution using micro learning principles. Breaking down complex information into bite-sized modules makes it easy for busy staff to learn and retain key details.

They requested the first 5 screens, however, this design already sets the base for a complete learning platform that could include gamification for the menu items and customer service -scenario-based- training activities.
